All orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the next business day. International transit times do not include fulfillment time or customs clearance, which can take up to 10 business days.

Domestic Transit Times:
Standard:  4-7 business days
Express: 2- 4 business days

International Transit Times:
Standard: 8-16 business days

Subscription Process, Renewal, and Cancellation

Currently, we only ship subscriptions to addresses within the United States and Canada.

Monthly Subscription:
When you purchase a monthly subscription through our Site, we will send you a shipment containing a thirty (30) day supply of vitamin supplements every twenty-five (27) days. Your subscription will continue, and you will be charged every twenty-five (27) days unless you choose to cancel.

Quarterly Subscription:
When you purchase a monthly subscription through our Site, we will send you a shipment containing a ninety (90) day supply of vitamin supplements every eighty-five (87) days. Your subscription will continue, and you will be charged every eighty-five (87) days unless you choose to cancel.

Domestic Returns:

  • If you are unsatisfied with your product(s) for any reason, we will offer a refund within 90 days of the purchase date
  • Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product(s). You will automatically be refunded on the card you used to purchase the items. Please allow for 1-2 weeks for all returns to process.
  • The purchase of Route is not eligible for a refund once your package has shipped.
  • Damaged product(s): Please contact Customer Service at support@wellbel.com as soon as possible. Claims for defective or damaged products must be made within 7 days of receipt of product(s). Please save the packing box and all of its contents.

International Returns:
