I have taken many hair supplements over the years and have seen the biggest improvement with this one. After taking this for 10 months, I have so much new growth that its been awkward! If you know, its a good problem to have! I look forward to the next year on wellbel as all my new hair grows longer. Also, I'm acne prone and experienced breakouts on other biotin based supplements. Wellbel has not messed with my skin!
