Wellbel is a single, daily dose of three capsules. These can be taken at any time of day–we just recommend taking them with food for optimal absorption. You can also open up the capsules and add them to a favorite smoothie or yogurt!

Wellbel Women+ includes many of the same physician-backed ingredients as our original formula, with the addition of copper and zinc, increased levels of saw palmetto and MSM, as well as vitamin K2 and stinging nettle leaf to help address women’s hormonal needs as they age and begin to experience perimenopause and menopause.
I’m over 45 but I haven’t started perimenopause/menopause yet. Should I be taking Wellbel Women+?
Wellbel Women+ is physician-formulated to help target the root causes behind compromised hair health, leading up to and during menopause. That said, women over 45 who have not yet experienced perimenopause or menopause would likely still benefit from the Women+ formulation.

Does biotin help menopausal hair loss?
Biotin can help address menopausal hair loss! Biotin plays a key role in supporting keratin production, which is essential for strong, healthy hair. While biotin alone cannot counteract all hormonal changes during menopause, it can improve hair strength, thickness, and resilience.
What is the risk of too much biotin?
Wellbel contains 500 micrograms of biotin, which is included to support general hair, skin, and nail health. We use significantly less biotin than other supplements, as higher doses can contribute to breakouts or interfere with blood work results (such as thyroid and cardiac markers). Excess biotin has also been reported to cause mild side effects such as stomach upset or headaches. Biotin deficiency is rare, so we do not recommend taking a separate biotin supplement. However, if you have any concerns, it’s always best to consult your healthcare provider.
Can Wellbel Women+ be taken if you have done laser hair removal?
We have not heard any negative feedback from our community regarding Wellbel Women+ and laser hair removal.

I have been taking wellbel for just about 3 months. I have noticed new hair growth that when going in to get a haircut my stylist noticed and showed me with using the blow dryer how far down the growth was as well as the length of my hair growing at a faster rate. I am hopeful to continue the new growth and have my ends fill in as much as the top half of my hair has.
