Wellbel is a single, daily dose of three capsules. These can be taken at any time of day–we just recommend taking them with food for optimal absorption. You can also open up the capsules and add them to a favorite smoothie or yogurt!
How do I know if I should take Wellbel Women or Wellbel Women+?
Wellbel Women+ is specifically formulated for women in perimenopause and menopause. If you’re not sure whether you’re in perimenopause yet, we recommend starting with Wellbel Women.
Does Wellbel work for all types of hair?
Yes. The key ingredients were formulated to work with all hair types and textures from 1a-4c for adults (18 and above).
Does Wellbel cause breakouts?
Wellbel has been formulated with 500 mcg (compared to 3,000-10,000 in other supplements) of biotin to help prevent breakouts and rashes. Our mission is to use the right dosing of the highest quality ingredients to support beautiful skin.
Will Wellbel Women cause hair to grow in places other than my head?
Wellbel Women was formulated to support healthy hair where it thins. We have heard from members of our community that they have noticed growth and hair thickness in their eyebrows and eyelashes while using Wellbel.
Is Wellbel Women’s hair, skin and nails supplement suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding?
We don't suggest taking any supplements when you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless directed by your healthcare provider.

How long does it take for hair, skin and nail supplements to work?

Feel free to take your Wellbel supplements at any time that works best for you. We have designed it to fit seamlessly into your routine. Take your daily supplements with a glass of water, ideally with food for the best digestion. Alternatively, you can open the capsules and add the powder to your favorite smoothie!
Can thin hair become thick again?
If thinning is due to temporary factors like stress, poor nutrition, or hormonal changes, addressing these issues—such as using targeted supplements, improving diet or reducing stress—may promote regrowth and improved thickness over time. Hair supplements rich in biotin, MSM, and essential vitamins help to support stronger, healthier hair.
What is the risk of too much biotin?
Wellbel contains 500 micrograms of biotin, which is included to support general hair, skin, and nail health. We use significantly less biotin than other supplements, as higher doses can contribute to breakouts or interfere with blood work results (such as thyroid and cardiac markers). Excess biotin has also been reported to cause mild side effects such as stomach upset or headaches. Biotin deficiency is rare, so we do not recommend taking a separate biotin supplement. However, if you have any concerns, it’s always best to consult your healthcare provider.
