I am usually not a fan of detox or clarifying shampoos. I find they leave the hair dry and shine free. However this detox gelee does the opposite. With the encapsulated salicylic acid my scalp and hair is clean without being dry. It lathers well to remove dirt, oil and build up. It’s the perfect product to really clean the scalp and leave hair hydrated prior to a bond building treatment . The scent is an added benefit. I have course hair and this shampoo works to clean , remove buildup when I only wash weekly , and leave the hair shiny and smooth as could be.
